Launch of 2023 London Output Area Classification: 6 September 2023
This Open Data geodemographic classification of London’s neighbourhoods has been developed in partnership with the Greater London Authority to benefit efficient and effective resource allocation in London. It replaces the classification created using 2011 Census data.
The outputs are a key measure of how London’s population is changing.
There will be presentations from the CDRC Data Science Team on:
The cost of living crisis
Warmer homes
Supporting business through consumer analytics
London’s 24 hour economy
Followed by a panel discussion on the practical uses of geodemographic data.
Attendees will have the opportunity to receive early bird access to the London output classification data and be appraised of how prospective users intend to use it.
Local authorities, transport and infrastructure providers, landlords, developers, charities, retailers and leisure operators are encouraged to attend.
